Resident Activities At Cascades Overlook Apartments in Owings Mills

Here at Cascades Overlook, we are very excited to get our residents involved in activities! In the upcoming months, we have several new ideas planned -- keep an eye on this page to stay up to date on events and activities currently being offered. We want your input too; if you have any ideas for resident activities, stop by the Leasing Center, give us a call at 866-817-8598 or send an email to cascades@davidsbrown.com.

• As you know, we had planned a Pajama Party Event for our Cascades Overlook children. Unfortunately, we did not get a good response so the event had to be cancelled. Our Team wants to host events for our resident children, as well as adults, but we need your input.

Please email your ideas and suggestions to the Property Manager at cascades@davidsbrown.com . We want to host events that YOU want to participate in so please give us your input!

• Volunteers Needed:

Cascades Overlook is looking for residents who can volunteer a little of their time to help out with some new activities. Currently, we are looking for residents who would like to get involved with the following:

• Arts and crafts classes
• Bunco group
• Children's storytime

If you are interested in volunteering or in participating in any of these groups, please contact the Leasing Center to sign up.

• Lending Library:

We are starting a lending library in the clubhouse for our residents. Any residents who are interested in donating books, please bring them to the Leasing Center so we can offer this great service to everyone who loves to read!
