**September's Featured Article: Property Manager's Letter**

Can you believe that the end of summer is rapidly approaching? Within six weeks, we'll see the glorious autumn colors from the trees surrounding our community. Fall is such a beautiful season!

We had such a great time at the annual Summer Resident Appreciation Pool Party! Over 225 people attended...one of the largest turnouts in Cascades Overlook history! The music was lively, the food was excellent and residents of all ages were represented at the event.

Please stop by the office to meet the new members of our Property Management team. They will assist with work order requests and answer any questions regarding leasing concerns.
